Technical Definitions

FABRIC

Cooltex Plus - This is a high-tech fabric that has been engineered to keep the wearer dry and comfortable. Our innovative fabric is knitted from multi-channel polyester fibres that speed moisture to the outer surface. The figure of eight shape of the fibres allow moisture to be drawn quickly away from the skin, maximising evaporative and cooling performance.

Ringspun Combed Cotton - Yarn is combed at the spinning stage in order to draw out dead fibres creating a smooth surface.

Easy Iron - A special finish to the surface of the fabric which reduces creases and minimises ironing.

Non Iron - The fabric has been specially treated to prevent creases and all but eliminate the need for ironing. The seams are taped to ensure crispness.

Easy Care - A garment that requires minimal effort to maintain and keep in good condition. The fabric has been treated with a special finish to enhance the performance and durability therefore resistant to wrinkles as well as its ease of cleaning and quick drying properties.

Pil-resistant - The surface of the fabric has been developed to reduce the possibility of pilling.

Warmtex technology - This fabric has been developed to regulate body temperature during sporting activities, keeping you warm when it’s cold and cool when warm.

Wicking - This allows moisture to be pulled from the inner layer of the material to the outside, which let’s sweat more easily evaporate.

Superwash 60 - A premium fabric that allows the garment to be washed up to 60° for the removal of stubborn stains without affecting shape or colour.

FEATURES 

Fused Collar - An interlining is fused into the collar to help retain its shape.
 
Flat Knit Collar - Individually knitted to size, will not fray or curl.
 
Self-Fabric Bound Neck - The fabric is passed through a folder to neaten the neck edge ensuring improved neck shape and comfort.
 
Back Neck/Inner Collar Binding - Self-fabric tape attached to the neck/inner collar giving a smooth and comfortable finish.
 
Slanted Placket - Corner of placket is slightly tapered to prevent curling around the collar.
 
Adjustable Cuff - Dual buttoning on cuff giving optional fastening for extra comfort.
 
Halfmoon Yoke - Styling detail sewn on to the back neck of the garment, offering an extra layer of durability.
 
Side VentS - Small opening at the base of side seam for ease of movement.
 
Dropped Back Hem - The garment is longer at the back to ensure it stays tucked in when required.
 
Reinforced Shoulder Seams - Tape inserted into the seam giving extra strength.
 
Wrinkle Free Taped Seams - This tape is introduced at the time of sewing and is later fused by pressing, which creates a smooth and flat seam for a high-quality garment.
