Buy Less, Buy Better

Our designers consider every aspect of garment construction. All styles have the optimum amount of stitches per cm to make the seams stronger and to aid shape retention, some also feature double seams at stress points for extra durability.

By choosing quality fabrics rather than a cheaper alternative we ensure:

  • – That all our fabrics hold valid Oeko-Tex certificates.
  • – That our fabrics will wash and wear for longer.
  • – The raw fibres shed less microfibres.
  • – All fabrics are tested to meet colour fastness, shrinkage and piling standards.

Kustom Kit believes that business should be conducted with total respect for people and the environment. We adopt a rigorous selection process for garment manufacturers. This ensures only those that are totally committed to exceeding our high standards become appointed suppliers.

To protect the environment and communities, the ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) is designed to treat effluent (wastewater) and remove any harmful pollutants. The ‘clean’ water can then be safely released into the environment. Before the acknowledgement of this advanced technology, people weren’t aware that polluted and contaminated water can be recycled and reused. The water goes through several treatment methods to remove any impurities from the water to generate safe and clean water. The numerous processes remove any harmful chemicals from the water with the aim to treat it and make it ready to reuse. Therefore, when the treated water enters the ground, it will leave no damaging effect on the planet. The treatment plant recycles the used contaminated water ensuring less water wastage which is certainly a bonus for the planet. Factories and communities can recycle the water by using it for their own beneficial needs.
